    • The front exterior of your home is the first thing anyone sees.  You will want to make sure it is always looking its best as potential buyers are looking for curb appeal.
    • Make sure all the exterior paint is touched-up and not cracking or peeling.
    • Always keep the lawn mowed and bushes, hedges, and trees trimmed.
    • Make sure all walkways and driveways are stable, solid, and have no major cracks.
    • The Inside of Your Home
      • Potential buyers want to walk into a house and be able to picture themselves living there.
      • Add a new coat of paint to the walls using a neutral color.
      • Wash all carpets and clean all other floors.  Replace any heavily stained carpets or damaged hardwood floors.
      • Clean all windows inside and out.
      •  Replace any weather stripping that may need it.
